About Wild Honey
Turning “Wild Honey” into a business was almost like a natural process. Nothing was planned, but things just happened. The love of food and the fun in entertaining were the main force . Simple dinner parties at home turned bigger and more fancy and soon the parties happened somewhere else. People asked to cater their party or dinner and before we knew it “Wild Honey” was a fact.
Frits & Floor
Floor was a fashion stylist for many years before she joined ICE (Institute of Culinary Education) in New York, where she and Frits lived at that time. She started a catering business, making breakfasts and lunches for photoshoots. Many famous faces passed by and she was highly acclaimed and successful.
Frits started as a photographer and although his career was successful he decided, about 10 years ago ,that it was time for a change. Because cooking is his passion he worked in the kitchens of restaurants like “As” and “Cafe Modern” (both in Amsterdam) where he learned the tricks of the trade.
